Campus Crusade for Christ at Iowa State University is an interdenominational Christian group made up of 200+ students. We hold a large group weekly meeting, "Cru", on Thursday at 9:00pm in Physics 5. Our first meeting will be on Thursday, August 23rd, so don't miss out!
The Crusade movement at Iowa State is student-led and staff-guided. Check out the
Staff Team page to learn about them, as well as get contact information. The fundamental "unit" within Campus Crusade is the Bible Study. By being involved in a small group of five to ten other Christians of the same gender, students will have increased opportunities to get to know each other and dig into God's word - the Bible. Check out the
Bible Studies schedule to find a group near you.
Bible Studies provide a gateway to become more involved with Campus Crusade. From Weekly Meetings to Fall Retreat to Twin Cities Xperience to Big Break to Summer Projects and more!
The sole basis of our beliefs is the Bible, God's infallible written word, which are the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. We believe that it was uniquely, verbally, and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks.
We accept those areas of doctrinal teaching on which, historically, there has been general agreement among all true Christians. Because of the specialized calling of our movement, we desire to allow for freedom of conviction on other doctrinal matters, provided that any interpretation is based upon the Bible alone, and that no such interpretation shall become an issue which hinders the ministry to which God has called us.
